Le maréchal Khalifa Haftar a quitté Moscou sans signer l’accord formel de cessez-le-feu paraphé par son rival, Fayez al-Sarraj, a indiqué mardi 14 janvier 2020 la diplomatie russe.
Le maréchal Haftar avait demandé lundi soir un délai de réflexion jusqu’à mardi matin avant de signer la trêve acceptée par le premier ministre libyen. Mais il est finalement parti de Moscou sans apposer sa signature sur le document négocié sous l’égide d’Ankara et Moscou, a déclaré à l’Agence France-Presse (AFP) la porte-parole du ministère russe des Affaires étrangères, Maria Zakharova.
